A few years back I was working a typical 9-5 job. I went from being a super active student-athlete at university to a desk-bound employee. The outcome? My body progressively became more & more stiff & limited. 

At was around this time that I decided I needed to try someting different. I went to a yoga class and I distinctly remember feeling well-and-truly humbled by my lack of flexibility!
