As we age we tend to become increasingly disconnected from our bodies.

With so much time seated & in poor posture our body suffers. Pain,  discomfort & dysfunction is the inevitable outcome.

Over time, we forget what it feels like to actually feel good.​

As humans, throughout the majority of our existence we have been an active & movement based species. As children we maintain this; moving & playing with freedom. However, with age comes an increased expectation to remain tied to a desk, spending the majority of our waking day seated.

Having experienced a sedentary working lifestyle first-hand, I'm all too familiar with the tolls it places on our bodies. Fortunately, I can help.

​Through mobility drills I help my clients reconnect with their bodies and consequently lead better lives.

It all begins with a physical assessment, whereby we recognise any areas of your body that are experiencing symptoms such as pain, tightness, or general distress and lack of mobility. 

​Once these weaknesses have been recognised, you'll be introduced to  strengthening & mobilisation drills to help improve your body's range of motion.

These are essential for anyone experiencing pain with certain movements. Far too often these limitations go overlooked, which can lead to worsening of the pre-existing issue or resulting in further injury of another area of the body.

Check out some of the latest mobility videos that I've put out. They cover the areas of the body that are most typically affected by our sedentary lifestyles. Useful as it may be, mobilisation is just one aspect of building a body that feels good. How we move across the day & our lifestyle behaviours have greater capacity for positive impact.
