With so much time seated & in poor posture our body suffers. Pain, discomfort & dysfunction is the inevitable outcome.
Over time, we forget what it feels like to actually feel good.
As humans, throughout the majority of our existence we have been an active & movement based species. As children we maintain this; moving & playing with freedom. However, with age comes an increased expectation to remain tied to a desk, spending the majority of our waking day seated.
