Phase 1 (Week's 1-6)
The first few weeks are about building a foundation of strength & a baseline level of mobility & flexibility. It's an opportunity to explore your body & learn where you hold any weakness & limitations. Phase 2 (Week's 7-12) With the foundations now laid, we'll start to ramp up the intensity of both your training & mobility work in the next 4 weeks. At week 6 the program is slightly altered, introducing some more advanced movements & drills. Phase 3 (Week 12+) The final phase is simply a continuation of the work you've been putting in up until now! You'll continue to build strength, develop skills, & improve flexibility through your training. |

How long does Move Strong last?
Move Strong is an on-going monthly online program. Every 8-10 weeks the program will be updated with new exercises further challenging your strength & mobility.

What equipment will I need?
To carry out the exercises within the program you'll need access to at least:
- Free Weights (either dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell)

How many sessions per week are there?
You'll be set up with up to 3 full body strength sessions & 3 mobility sessions per week. However, I typically recommend doing mobility on a daily basis (e.g. as a warm up before strength sessions).
Who is Move Strong For?
Move Strong is designed for guys & girls aged 30-45 who want to train for life, not just for looks. No prior training experience is necessary, but is recommended.
