The Story Behind Aligned Strength.


Aligned Strength was born out of my own need for healing — both physically and emotionally.

After years of playing football & lifting heavy, my body started to feel beat up. I was strong on paper, but I felt stiff, achy, and disconnected from my movement.

Simple things like getting out of bed or going for a walk felt harder than they should. I realised strength without mobility wasn’t sustainable — not if I wanted to feel good in my body long-term.


But the real shift didn’t just come from physical pain. It came from romantic separation.

Going through the hardest emotional chapters of my life forced me to slow down. My identity and inner world were shaken — and I realised that no amount of pushing or exerting force would help me to heal.

Rather than just pushing heavy weights, I started to use movement as a means of reconnecting with my deeper self & discovering inner peace. 


What started as mobility work turned into meditation. What began as structured training evolved into self-reflection. And what I once viewed as just “working out” became a practice of growth — in every sense of the word.

​Aligned Strength came from that journey — a desire to help others not just feel strong physically, but emotionally & spiritually too. To reconnect with yourself, feel free, & live an aligned & purposeful life.

It’s for those who want to discover real strength — the kind that lives not just in your body, but in your choices, your values, & your relationships.

What is Aligned Strength?


Aligned Strength is an 8-week group experience combining physical training, mindset work, and emotional growth.

It’s for people who want more than just a workout — those who want a deeper connection to themselves, greater self-trust, and a way of moving through life that feels powerful and peaceful at the same time.

This isn’t just about getting fit — it’s about living with alignment, presence, and purpose.

You’ll be taking care of your body while also taking care of your mind through weekly group video calls where we'll talk all things life mindset, relationships, emotions, real human growth.

Because to live with strength & alignment goes beyond physicality — it’s how you show up for yourself, how you handle life’s challenges, and how you keep growing through it all.

Here's How Aligned Strength Works.

Training.
Phase 1 (Week's 1-4)
The first few weeks are about building a foundation of strength & a baseline level of mobility & flexibility. It's an opportunity to explore your body & learn where you hold any weakness & limitations. ​
​
Phase 2 (Week's 4-8)
With the foundations now laid, we'll start to ramp up the intensity of both your training & mobility work in the next 4 weeks. 

Phase 3 (Week's 8+)
The final phase is simply a continuation of the work you've been putting in up until now! You'll continue to build strength & improve mobility through your training. 
Community.
When you join Aligned Strength, you're not doing it alone. You’ll become part of a private community of like-minded people who are also on a journey to build inner & outer strength and grow as human beings.

Through weekly video calls and a supportive group chat, we’ll talk all things training, health, mindset, life, & personal growth. You’ll have a space to ask questions, share wins, stay accountable, and connect with others who get it. Because real transformation doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in community.

Video Call Schedule
Our group calls will take place on Monday evenings (exact time TBC) and will last 30-45 minutes. Here's an outline of the tentative schedule:

How long does Aligned Strength last?
Aligned Strength is an 8 week program.
How much does it cost?
Aligned Strength costs just £124.99
What equipment will I need?
Aligned Strength offers both a bodyweight-friendly program as well as one that includes the use of equipment (dumbbells/kettlebell).  
How many workouts per week are there? 
​You'll be set up with 3 workouts per week - but the amount you do can very much be dictated by what works best for you. We'll also have weekly 45-60 minute video calls.
