My personal training service is designed to help you become a stronger, fitter, more confident you!

Your personal training sessions will help you to build strength, improve your fitness & build confidence - both inside & outside of the gym. Here's exactly what you can expect from my service: 

1:1 Sessions 
Personal training sessions focused on you. During our sessions you’ll learn how to train both safely & effectively in the gym.

Personalised Training Programming
Your own bespoke training program designed around your goals, preferences, & schedule. Everything we do is geared towards helping you achieve the physical changes you want to achieve.

Progress Tracking
We track your progress in the gym as well as relevant metrics, allowing you to keep a track of your improvements & avoid those plateaus that most people struggle with.

Education
I'll help you to develop greater autonomy so that you can confidently navigate your own training, nutrition, & lifestyle. The idea is to empower you to achieve & sustain the outcomes you want for the long-run.

Accountability & Support
I'll always be just a message away. Whether you need a hand with something training or nutrition related, or just need a pick me up, I'm here to help you stay on track regardless of what life throws your way!

My personal training is specifically for you if you want to:

There are zero barriers with regards to experience or ability - you can be an absolute gym newbie or have several years of training background. 

The only non-negotiable is that you have a desire to push yourself & to learn!

Working with me is a commitment to self-improvement; if you aren't prepared to make behavioural changes, then either it's not the right time or I may not be the coach for you.

I'm not here to save you.. I'm here to provide you with the accountability, structure, & guidance you need to succeed!

What's the Process?

Taking the decision to begin working with a personal trainer can feel a bit overwhelming. So, take to the edge off it, I'll outline exactly how the process goes & what you can expect:

1) Free Consultation
You'll come down to the studio for a quick tour & a chat. We'll talk about what you're currently struggling with & what you'd like to achieve moving forward, before getting on to my coaching service & how I can help you.


2) The Set Up
Should you decide you're happy to move forward, you'll be sent a few initial health & safety forms, as well as a link to get set up on my training platform. 

3) Training Time
We'll then start training together! I'll take into account your body,  movement capacities, & goals which will all inform how your training program evolves over time. Our sessions will take place at a time that's convenient for us both, & I'll be pushing you to get stronger each week.

4) Ongoing Support
We'll be in contact outside of our sessions, providing you with a sense of accountability so that you stay on track with your goals. If ever you have a question or are unsure of something, all you'll have to do is drop me a quick message.

I can't recommend Christian highly enough. He is extremely knowledgable, supportive and thoughtful. He listens and there is a lot of variety in the routines and exercises we do. The gym is very welcoming and I look forward always to my workouts. To top it all off, I've lost over 10kg since we started working together!

Before working with Christian, the girl I looked at in the mirror wasn’t the girl I knew at all. I went from being so confident, funny and happy to insecure & anxious. Over lockdown I started working on myself; I got into running & started eating healthier. I really wanted to build strength but didn’t know where to start - I hadn’t stepped foot in a gym for years as I was scared & lacked motivation. 

6 months down the line & I’ve never felt so good. My mood's completely changed, I’m strutting around my room like a runway model because I feel so confident! I actually look forward to working out & I leave every session feeling fulfilled & feeling good. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle. It’s just been such a positive experience!

I felt like I was stuck in a rut. I hadn't trained for so long & didn't know how to get back into the gym without over-doing it. I felt overwhelmed as I'd put on so much weight & just didn't know where to start.

Since working with Christian I've lost over a stone without even being on a diet. I've not restricted myself & have still been having occasional meals out.
