What is Personal Training?


My personal training is for driven individuals based in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge & Sevenoaks.

Through personal training, I aim to provide constructive guidance towards the building of sustainable, healthy habits. Establishing a lifestyle of improved health & well-being lies at the heart of my approach.

I treat you like the unique individual you are. You'll be provided a bespoke training programme, & nutritional coaching based on your goals, needs, & preferences. Throughout our time working together you'll receive ongoing contact, support, & advice from myself.

Who is personal training for?


My personal training is specifically for you if you want to: 

  • Build a strong body that both looks & feels good
  • Be more energised & productive in your daily life
  • Feel healthy, confident, & good about yourself

There are zero barriers with regards to experience or ability - you can be an absolute gym newbie or have several years of training background. 

The only non-negotiable is that you have a desire to push yourself & to learn!

Working with me is a commitment to self-improvement; if you aren't prepared to make behavioural changes, then either it's not the right time or I may not be the coach for you.

I'm not here to save you.. I'm here to provide you with the accountability, structure, & guidance you need to succeed!

Before working with Christian, the girl I looked at in the mirror wasn’t the girl I knew at all. I went from being so confident, funny and happy to insecure & anxious. Over lockdown I started working on myself; I got into running & started eating healthier. I really wanted to build strength but didn’t know where to start - I hadn’t stepped foot in a gym for years as I was scared & lacked motivation. 

6 months down the line & I’ve never felt so good. My mood's completely changed, I’m strutting around my room like a runway model because I feel so confident! I actually look forward to working out & I leave every session feeling fulfilled & feeling good. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle. It’s just been such a positive experience!

I felt like I was stuck in a rut. I hadn't trained for so long & didn't know how to get back into the gym without over-doing it. I felt overwhelmed as I'd put on so much weight & just didn't know where to start.

Since working with Christian I've lost over a stone without even being on a diet. I've not restricted myself & have still been having occasional meals out.

I feel a lot stronger & more confident in my body which has helped massively with my confidence in life in general. I feel a lot happier & in a better place mentally & I'm learning more about why I do things & what I want to achieve.

I can't express just how much it has helped me both physically and mentally. Christian is awesome, I would definitely recommend training with him!

My sedentary lifestyle & poor diet had left me out of shape & low on confidence. I knew it was time to address this, so I reached out for professional help - something I'd never done before!

I've lost weight, built muscle & strength, and I feel good! I now enjoy working-out & taking positive steps to improve my health!

The routine of training has been highly beneficial & the success I've seen so far motivates me to do even more.

I've struggled with eating disorders & body dysmorphia in the past, but lockdown really emphasised just how unhappy I was with my body & health. I decided it was time to make a change & set myself up for the future. 

Since working with Christian I've:

- Slept much better
- Been more productive at work
- Become SO much more confident!

Anyone thinking about personal training with Christian should absolutely go for it. He's an amazing coach & genuinely such a nice person. He makes working out enjoyable!!

Before working with Christian my progress in the gym had stalled. I struggled with motivation & knowing what I needed to be doing to see long-term progress.

Our sessions will take place at Tunbridge Wells Personal Training - a private personal training studio based in Tunbridge Wells.
