But, commitment & desire to improve are absolutely fundamental. Working with me is a commitment to self-improvement; if you aren't prepared to make the behavioural changes needed, I'm not the coach for you.
I'm not here to save you. I'm here to provide you with the accountability & guidance needed to optimise results.
