I've been there.
In my early teen years I signed-up for a gym with my friends. I basically just wanted to build muscle & strength. My runway-model-esque physique just wasn't doing it for me. Thing is, I never really knew what I was doing. And I definitely had no clue whether what I was doing was the most effective use of my time. So, I struggled to put on muscle & see any real results. Then, a shift. In 2014, I moved to the United States to study at The George Washington University as a student-athlete on the Men's Soccer Team. It was here that I realised what I'd been lacking. Guidance. I was coached to safely perform strengthening exercises in the gym. I received education & guidance on how to optimise my well-being and performance - nutrition, sleep, stress management, you name it. I became stronger, built muscle, developed mobility, improved my health, and most importantly.. I felt good. I was given all the tools & guidance I needed to become the optimal version of myself. My 1:1 online coaching is about providing you those same tools, before guiding you down a path to applying them to a lifestyle that works for you. |

How long is online coaching for?
This isn't a quick fix. It's a commitment to a new way of living - one which allows you to take control of your well-being for the long-term.
How much does online coaching cost?
The going rate for online coaching varies. Ultimately, like many things in life, you get what you pay for. If a cheaper alternative is your preference, the service provided may not be equal. I provide a couple of different monthly payment options within a more than reasonable price bracket.
What equipment will I need?
None! You don't need anything to perform your workouts. That said, certain pieces of equipment can be useful for achieving greater results. I provide a handful of training equipment suggestions, but whether you get them or not is entirely up to you.
When can I expect results?
When it comes to developing strength & mobility, results' are largely based on the intensity & consistency of your efforts. You can expect to see real changes in your physique & strength levels within 4-6 weeks.
How often will I need to train?
This one is up to you. Some clients train as little as twice per week, others 6 days per week (including mobility). I'll provide you with some potential training schedules - you choose what works best for you. It goes without saying that the more you put in, the more you'll get out.
