When I first started going to the gym, I had no clue what I was doing. 

I’d show up, do the same old exercises, see minimal progress 

And the cycle would repeat. 

I felt clueless, low on confidence, & made minimal progress. 

Things changed when I moved to the U.S. in 2014. I was coached -  guided how to train effectively.

This new found understanding helped developed confidence that I’d never felt before.

It made me realise that the reason why so many people struggle to feel confident in the gym (& make progress) is because they don't feel empowered. 

Confidence stems from knowing what to do, how to do it, & the why behind it.⁣
