Focus on what you CAN do
Not what you can’t. 9 times out of 10 in life, you won’t have the perfect conditions you want. There will always be some sort of potential barrier to stop you from taking action For example, say you’re carrying a slight shoulder injury - it would be easy to say: “Well, my shoulder hurts, so no gym for me this week!” Yeah, you could do that. Or, you could choose to focus on what you CAN do. You can exercise in a way that doesn’t aggravate the injury.. But that still keeps you moving in your desired direction. The truth is that there is always a way to stay on track It doesn’t matter whether it’s an injury, a holiday, a lack of time.. There’s always something that you can do. So, stop putting up imaginary barriers for yourself.. And start putting in the work! - Christian |
